anyone know a merchant account for selling drug paraphernalia

Hi all im trying to start my own headshop and i have made the website and got everything ready but have been very disapointed to find that even if i word the products differently there still classed as smoking paraphernalia.
makes me so angry that the corruption runs this deep, even though selling bongs is 100% legal in the uk, the merchant account providers are still fucking my ass.

stayed up last night for 6 hours and have applied to over 30 merchant providers both uk and offshores and am really hoping i get a yes

i was wondering if there was any seed shop owners or headshop owners that could share the info of where i can get a safe merchant account
i have had a yes from one merchant, i forgot the URL but i looked for reviews and found 3-4 reviews saying they had lost alot of money and the site was a scam artist who uses glitches in the law system to avoid being responsible, and also they mentioned they had there payments stolen by the company which sounds crazy....

so if anyone can give me some information i would be so super grateful

ahh yeah it really sucks man, so far i have learnt that i will most likely have to use an offshore merchant account provider, hope this helps.

just one more bump,

you need to basically just get one and go for it, and not tell them the truth, sucks i know but it's literally the only way. if they rumble you in 6 months a year move onto another merchant.

hey, thanks for the reply yeah i did think as this as last resort but was hoping for a permanent option, i hope it doesn't come to this! i will wait for my reply from nochex first. +'d

so far i learnt i have a better chance with an offshores merchant but i have nothing but no's so far, i have a pending application with Nochex using a them as a 3rd party merchant
if i get accepted i will update here

I know its not the reply you were after, we looked for ages and ended up using PayPal. So far so good, A year on.

i researched it a while back and found a thead somewhere on the net, might be able to find it again but to b honest it was basically a few folks like yourself. I joined the forum and sent an email to the guy looking for a merchant on the thread, the thread was quite dated if i remember but he emailed back to say they had to just go for it in the end. good luck man, you looking to flog bongs n stuff ?

You cant just not tell them what you sell as they go on your website. also i use paypal now but they get redirected to paypal and i get alot of unpaid orders. These offshore merchant accounts were do you find them? Also sercurity wise im a little pessimistic about not using british companies

thats the problem, all the reviews are terrible for the offshore merchants who accept me, just google offshores merchant accounts, sounds like the bad reviews are mostly from online pharmacy shops which i presume are super high risks.

i got one for ya message me if your interested. they support "high risk" business. Offshore accounts they charge fees like $20 monthly fee, .50 transaction fee and i tihnk %8.5 trans fee.
