i think he was bullshitting you. I dont believe that you can get 2oz in 63days from seed. Im at day 20 from seed under 400mh light and their only about 8inches atall
anyone know about starting on 12/12???

Ok, i have experience doing this. 2oz from a plant might not happen on your first try, my first try i got 1/2 on my best plant (must point out i no longer do 12/12, went back to the old ways). My strain was ak99 from joey seeds.
First link is my grow. Second link is a grow journal on speecees website, the absolute master of 12/12 and he most def got more than 2 oz per plant.

I have some White Rhino clones that I am starting on 12/12. Besides a little more root development, I don't think there would be much difference from starting from seed or clones. The time from cutting to transplanting the clone is about the same as germinating until transplanting the seed. I think I will be able to get 2 oz pretty easy with my setup.

ive done rhino clones and now trying 12-12 from seed and so far i will take the clones n e tihe, a clone is mature from day 1 and the buds develope like a mature plant. with seeds on 12-12 they flower early and are still only a young plant so have weaker smaller flowers , least thats what im seeing.

Heres a challenge for the 12/12 boys, off your 12/12 from seed plant take a clone, root this clone it will take around 2 weeks, then grow the plant for 2 weeks, if you took your cutting when your plant was about a month old your clone should now be 2 months old, flower it, now smoke it, taste that do you thats real mature dope not like that second rate 12/12 from seed stone.a plant is not even ready to start flowerin until 2 months minimum by doing so b4 this time you r reducing the quality of smoke, makin it harder to clone,reducing yield and increasing the risk of herms and males.if there is three things that get me goin in todays so called new age growin its 12/12 from seed, femenised seeds and hermies.

----If those results were known don't you think a lot more experienced growers would be using the method?---Would like to hear from others using this system---My veg time takes 8 weeks---are you trying to say that 12/12 from seed accelerates the growth of plants at that rate and if I reduce the veg hours from 18 to 12 my growth rate will double or triple???

12/12 from seed really depends on the strain.. Northern Lights seems to be one of the strains that works well with 12/12 from seed. Why would ya' waste space on Lowryder I or II??? - Grasscity.com Forums

I do see where your talking about, it was actually 6 days (he mentions those pics were from a few days ago). Still does seem pretty quick to me too. Anyways, i feel he isnt really trying to gain from giving this method popularity, just posting his journal which in my opinion adds a bit of validity.

You could be right--I would just like to hear from some others whom have tried this method---those growth rates are incredible---another thought--If it is true and the short light cycles faster growth from the beginning--maybe there is a way to reproduce the effect(within the plant)without the light cycle say synthetic/chemical/ or by natural means. What a great product could be made from those studies.

Killer thread...something to consider. I like to get a little more weight and grow em in veg mode for at least 2 weeks. Better smoke in the end.
