Thai sticks, loved them in the 70s. Take the buds put them on stick, use the fibers from plant to wrap stick. Some people use bamboo. Great if you dip them in hash oil

wat guy?? can you just tell me how do you make/smoke this? what are those strings around the stick..whats the whole point of this style of smoking?? after reading some threads i c sum ppl are saying something about a thai strain? its nott pretty clear
its like if someone asks how do i roll a blunt.. and you tell him put the weed in the dutch ,take off the cancer paper..its not pretty clear

Hey brother I'll try to help…. google Thai Stick The Rev…. The Rev did a step by step in whatever magazine he contributes to (Skunk i think) a few years ago… it involves making an oil almost like RSO I can't remember but I think he made an iso oil he than soaked the buds in before tying them to bamboo skewers. If nothing else I hope this at least gets you in the right direction…

Those don't look anything like the Thai stick we got in the early 70s direct from Thailand via the USAF. You couldn't smoke them like a cigar. It was just bud tied to a bamboo stick with a "string" from the plant. (you know how you pinch a bud and pull and you get that string that runs down the stem)

but that was 40 years ago and I've read that the odds are that landrace is long gone.
I'm sure the method of tying has changed too.
