Anyone know how to make water-soluble CBD

You'll need some advanced equipment to make water soluble CBD, it's far beyond any normal homemade budget. The result is not actually an oil that dissolves in water, it's an extract broken in small particles that disperse through water. The idea is that your body more readily accepts these particles as opposed to the standard oil-based CBD.

Agreed ! Also , our bodies are water based , making water soluble cannabinoids increases bioavailability. When cannabinoids are ingested in the form of oil the final amount delivered Is far less do to humans being 70%water . Oil and water don’t mix
