anyone know outdoor grow laws

Hello I'm looking for info on growing marijuana outdoors in my backyard I'm planning on buying a
small green house and putting in my backyard with a lock and a copy of my medical marijuana
Card and stick with 3 plants

theere has been a couple threads about this if ya took the time to look.
From what has been said in those threads you can grow outside on your property IF its out of sight of the general public AND not accessable to the public.
SO in a green house in your backyard is ok. be aware im not a lawyer and this may be untrue.

It's gonna be best to discreetly check with your city. Heck, it can even vary between county and city. I know some cities in Colorado have outlawed growing outside, but it's ok in that respective county. And vice versa. The statutes might be online. I know they are for my podunk little town.

There's a lot of grey areas to growing outdoors in this state just don't want a visit

well i got things set up and i guess the city in Jefferson county has a ordinance and from what
I hear from a cop outdoor crops are not allowed
Even if you have a lock and key and its outdoor
In a green house state law should be above local bs ordinances

That's a bummer. Makes no sense to outlaw growing in the sun and force people to burn electricity.

That's too bad. I don't understand the rationale at all. My little city's council just voted to outlaw outdoor growing a few days ago, so I feel your pain.

In my town's new ordinance, growing marijuana in a greenhouse is specifically outlawed. And I have to lock up my indoor grow as well. Which of course I already do, but the libertarian in me hates that it's legislated now. Still, I'm grateful I can grow at all!

Thats a bunch of bull...how is it illegal to put windows on the roof of a framed building lol, who's to say its not my shed with a skylight on it?

Edit: the only reason I'm asking these questions is because I'm in the market for a new house...I'm from GA where there's no medical, but you can't touch your neighbors house from the side of yours and your neighbors aren't going to blink an eye if you put up a greenhouse...

Yea I'm was a little bummed out cause i just took all my indoor stuff down and was really
Liking not having to run indoors with the heat
But to be honest i might just run them out doors
