Looks like it could be some physical damage caused at that point. There’s no other burn on the other leaf tips, or signs of bacterial infections or pests. A pic of the whole plant would help too.

In the first pic in the thread one of the blades on a leaf has randomly died and gone brown and I have no idea why.

If that’s the only leaf or part of one that has died so far then you are nailing it. Good job.

Yellow HPS makes it a bit difficult to see color details, but your grow looks really solid

Yeah Its a pain. Its the only leaf that has done this and other then some slight canoeing on some other leaves (this was before the light was 27") this is the only leaf thats done this.

You'll have that. From what we can see, it looks solid. Don't love her to death. Now is a good time to start figuring out how you are going to dry/cure it when you harvest.

60°F 60% rh are the textbook targets. Stroll over to the harvest/cure section and take a looksie. Lots of great info over there.
