Anyone know what leaf offset AC Infinity uses for the 69 pro controller VPD?

Congrats on the C69! It's a very important part of my grow environment.

Leaf surface temperature offset varies. For most of my grows, it's been -2°F from ambient. For my last grow, I set fans up so that the canopy was getting 2 meters/second of wind and LST offset was -5°F.

I measured wind speed using a Uni-T anemometer ($25±). It's something that won't be used very often but I bought it because wind speed is an one of the 10 parameters of a grow environment so I figured $25 to make that aspect of my grow "perfect" was well worth it.

Default is 0 depending what you have led or hps you would go to a positive or a negative number led is negative.
But each user has different living enviorment.you need a heat gun to know exact number

No point in chasing perfection.whole vpd system works with outside temps and only setting you have is manually saying its lower or higher.you cant attach a sensor

As a guy whose grown outdoors it seems like the whole VPD thing is a bit overblown. Still, I'd like to be as dialed in as possible and I can justify the 25 clams between the tent and my pizza oven.

Vpd is a cool thing just ac infinity auto vpd is shit
Amen:

I drank deeply of the AC Infinity Koolaid and zero regrets.

Real time screen from the app.

Day 59 for the grow, week 2 day 5 of flower. Chart shows the data from a few days of the past week. Lights are on from 0900 to 2100.

High temps are from when I moved the sensor out of the way to take pictures and I put it on one of the light bars. :-(

Light blue line is the inline fan, purple is the AC Infinity heater, bottom (white) line is their humidifier.

AC Infinity has a new controller that has AI in it. I'm hoping I can use it to do things like dynamically change the inline fan. Right now, I have to drop the fan speed in the evening or else the fan pulls a lot of the warm air from the heater out of the tent. And in the AM, I need to ramp up the fan because RH takes off when the lights come on. A good AI program will take care of simple chores like that.

All in all, though, this is a vast improvement over my first generation of gear which was a Pulse + Inkbirds.

I too have the 69 Pro and other componets as well. I like the ability to be able to make small changes and monitor the effects in real time without constantly opening the tent.

I'm wondering if their ai controller is truly ai or actually pid. Have you researched the ai controller yet?
