Anyone modified a Fluence spydrx plus?

Hi. I would like to model my spydrx plus unit so that the power supply is remote and can be placed outside a tent. It's just to damn hot even with a exhaust fan and a 4" intake from an AC unit. Their new version has this feature and to be honest most manufacturers should at least offer a version of their lights with this option for tight places etc. So has anyone done anything similar? Or maybe know a site or YouTube video? Any useful information would be appreciated. Thank you

Should just be as simple as removing the driver from the fixture and creating some jumper cables to allow you to reconnect the driver remotely. I'm not that familiar with the spydrx, but as long as the drivers isn't a structural member it should be doable.

Make sure you use the minimal, correct gauge wires. You don't want to start a fire or anything.

K thanks. I'll see if I can find a video with some explanation of how the get to it. I'll make sure everything is sized properly.

How tight was your space I’m considering this light but not if I can’t cool it with a small AC unit
