anyone run the new LUXOR 8 " hood vertical have u guys seen it light up its crazzy?

I went to a hydro store they had this sunlight supply hood hanging n the dude pumped it up to 600 watts man it was blinding? they say roomors about it beeing more effiecent? or that its more concentrated? so is this true? anyone?

I use vert hoods the umbrella type ......

I would say though my vert hoods can go real close to my canopy with no cooling , vert hoods are very good at dispersing heat away from you canopy anyways imo.....

im gona run one to see what it does im gona do it with a strain im familar with.. so that i can compair same nutes same set up just new vert see if the heat also cooler that your normal hood 8" n c if the yield is any bit diffrent ill do this first afther this one about the 20 of this month if anyone has input let us know my hydro budy who is a grow pro she is bad to the fucken bone telling me she dont think so but i want to challenge that hood cuz you know they try to sell you anything with abunch of promisess n i want to know.... so ima run it.. but anyone is their anyone out thier... that has?

I have Luxor and magnum. Luxor concentrates light i'n A very even square, super bright! Good for tall bushy plants or ? Magnum spreads the light more. Both awesome, really love the Luxor , very innovative.

have you ran it threw flower can you compare the two? with the same strain same light same bulb, just two know? i have a problem i can only do six plants i need the bang for my time it would great if you let us know... i would love to pull more out of my 4x4 tray....? if this luxor is it i will buy it...

Apparently the Luxor is the brightest and most evenly light distributed hood on the market. I saw there prototype last year and they were pretty adamant about how great it was even though I was a bit skeptical of a vertical burning bulb. But there reflector design is supposed to perfectly square out a even footprint of light so no hotspots . There a little pricey and you need extra vertical clearance space since they have such a high footprint but they are supposed to be absolute the best. Sunlight is gifting me one to try out... they also gave me there new Blazer 8" hood to try out as well... Im gonna run them both next to one of my Magnums and blockbusters and see how they perform.

please let me know... im intrested i have susesfully pulled 2.25 on the tripple xxx buy sunlight.. im been experimenting with difrent styles in lights lumens and fim top techequies im right at that no joke no lie if the luxor is any better please let me know ow no milar buy the way.. but i want to try it but dont want to spend the money... unless it does pull or make a diffrence..

that hood makes sense to me and i want to try it!
