Anyone seen leaves like this?

Yes, very common. Those are re-veg leaves. If the the mother plant looked normal it could take almost 2 months to return 5 fingered leaves with normal looking edges and shape.

If that was from seed just throw it out, not worth the trouble.
 
A couple already have 4 fingers on them and it was going on 5 when i topped. I think itll be ok, that growth is about 5 days old since i topped it.. Hope its female

if you search up fimming/topping techniques they usually suggest waiting till the 3rd or 4th true set/node. This is probably why, although i do not have certainties of this it is just an educated guess.

Was this baby a clone or from seed? I have found it pretty common to have my clone's leaves looking like that.
On another note, I would transplant your baby into a opaque pot due to the clear plastic container allowing light to reach your root structure.
