I have been on 12/12 for 14 days. I started with eight plants. Six turned out male and have been executed. One is a female and has so many pistils now I would almost say it has begun full flowering. The last has not shown any sign of its sex yet. I believe it to be female but obviously cannot say for sure. What is interesting is all of the plants had the same mother. The seeds were all germ'd at the same time and then planted at the same time. All started 12/12 at the same time and in the same dark room. The 12 hr light / dark cycle has never been broken or interrupted. Yet this one plant seems determined to stay in veg. Whats also unique about this plant is that it is by far the bushiest of the eight. It has branches and leaves sprouting every where. I don't think I could even count the number of nodes on this plant. If it is in fact female it should be a big producer. Any idea's how to jump start it to preflower or should I just keep it 12/12 and let it do its own thing? I was thinking about leaving it in the dark for about 48 hrs at the end of its current 12 hr light cycle and then return it to the 12/12. Anyone seen this happen before or have other ideas to kick start it?
