Anyone think these will fill out?

First hydro grow here. Supposedly I am 3 weeks out of flushing. Does anyone think that these buds will fill out or just stay really scrawny.

It is going to depend. The plants do not look that old, hwever what buds it is growing should fill out. I think you are going to have a problem with that lighting. Also, it appears that a lot of vegetation is above the screen, but few flowers. That could just be because of the abundance of leaf material, hard to tell...

Well if you are 3 weeks away from flushing that means you are maybe at week 3 now...week 4? Either way, they will fill out. You just have to wait and see just how much...

how far into flowering are they? and what type of lights? they usually starting bulking up around weeks 5-7 of flowering depending on the strain.

They look burned up from too much phosphorus. Maybe they're shocked?

I definitely can only tell by waiting, however, I do think that I have some nutrient burn going on. Not bad though. I will back off my nutrient concentration for this week and see what happens.

they kinda looks like they dont know wether to flower or vegatate.
and why isent ther like any orginization of the plants what so ever looks like just threw them in and threw the screen on top.

Well I do not think they are confused. They had no deviance from their light schedules.

In response to the screen being so disorganized, that is because I did just throw the screen on there. Originally I was going to try to grow single colas, but I noticed early on that I would not have the vertical space to grow them like that. So I decided to switch to scrog. Almost scrog rather. My plants have less than 2 ft to grow. I also had way to many plants for a screen, but this is because I never intended to use one. I will use one from the start next time, and also I will decrease the number. The screen is the only way to go for my setup.

I tried other ways of training but this would be best. The plants were pretty far along before the screen so it was hard to make a plan for disbursement across the screen because of the severely different shapes.


I am flowering under a 434w HO T5 light with 50/50 red blue bulbs. This is my first grow. I don't want to hear any "why waste your time without HID lighting" comments. There is more than one way to skin a cat.

This is an ebb and flow with Flora series nutes. I am just waiting to see what happens.

The bud will rock though, I clipped what was under the screen and dried it. I just smoked some and I am pretty stoned. I didn't cure what I clipped though, but the main harvest I will.

I know a guy who grows like this. He gets a gram a watt just as good as any other grower. I would put some coco fiber in that tray the roots will love you for it and the girls will be much happyer.
