If your grow-op is operated properly you'll never have PM. I run non-organic 100% synthetic. I burn charcoal in the op during times of high humidity to stop spores (if any) before they get started. Make sure the plant(s) don't come in contact with plastic. Wash/clean the op regularly with bleach and water. About every six months or so clean the op with liquid raid. Use a filter on the intake vent. Don't bring anything into the op such as fruit and other food items that can harbour parasites. I don't bring soil into the op as soil can harbour a multitude of problems. Steer clear of organic co2 etc.
WOW!
I run 100% organic
I don't and won't burn anything and for fuck'in sure no sulfur as that leaves a residue on EVERYTHING.
I control my humidity and don't get swings over 5%.
plastic?
Keep clean - I like that one!
RAID???? Are you fucking kidding us? Use the bleach!!!
Filtered intake - I'm with you on that!
How nice you don't like soil - I don't like synthetics......The FF brands of soils are the only soils I have ever had any bug problem with as far as them having an infestation - common for FF soils really.....Fungus gnats - another easy to cure problem, but not getting them in the first place is the best Idea.
I build my own soils - no bugs!
I'll put my organic against your synthetic grown any day, all day, and bet the farm on it!
Why Co2? What possible problem does this cause?

Oh yeah! That's right, your the one who says that spider mites come from fresh popped seeds and the seeds have mite eggs in them.....

People spray stuff on their plant(s) not realizing that the problem is in how they are operating their grow-op. ie, Spidermite eggs can come from a freshly hacht seedling. The eggs can live inside the seed. High humidity, poor air movement and spores lead to pm. High humidity alone will not cause pm. When you bring such thing as fruit into your grow-op you are risking infection from countless parasites and nuisances. Using growing mediums that are not fully composted also invites many problems.
Please enlighten us on just HOW the mite eggs GET in the seed!

PM is a problem when people only treat the plant and don't sanitize the grow op too! If you don't sanitize the op. You're doomed to get PM back and back and back until you do....Just because you got PM doesn't mean it's too hard to get rid of if you do it right.

Treat ALL clones bought or given like this.

BEFORE they enter ANY part of your grow.

Mix enough Green Cure in a container to "dip" the clone into as close to the media surface as you can. Now spray some on the surface of the media and the container it's in.

SAME thing for Pyrethrin - be sure to mix NOT to strong and dip it the same way after the clone has dried from the first dip. Treat the media surface and the container - You are now safe to bring the clone into your grow..

You should change the second word in your screen name to BRAIN!

Yes...spidermite eggs can be harboured by seeds:) I've never suffered PM. I run clones so my plants don't get all broken when I blast them with a pump up sprayer. Other than the growing medium the plants do not come in contact with any other surfaces including me. My res only gets dolomite lime and NPK. I believe in proper ventilation. I actually worry about what could be growing on the plants that might effect my health and others. I don't care to use chemicals on the plants regardless of scientific fact. When you wash the op with liquid RAID use rubber gloves a wash cloth, a bucket and some added water...same as the bleach. When an op is being raided all the plants have to be removed. If I am uncertain about a medium whether it be rock or soil I'll heat sterilize it before I use it. The spidermites lay the eggs inside the seeds while the plant is growing the seeds:)

Go Organic
Apply every 3 days 4 times Foliar 2oz to gallon soil drench 2.5 oz to the gallon
Approved for Marijuana in Washington Colorado and Oregon once Oregon lifts the Pestacide ban
PUREAG PEST CONTROL

PureAg Pest Control immediately impacts the exoskeleton structure of the pest upon contact by disrupting the molecular structure of the chitin and other protein substances that protect the insect. Unlike standard insecticides, no built-in resistance can be developed by the targeted insects because PureAg Pest Control does not act on the nervous system, it acts on the respiratory system.
