Anyone Tried Those CFL Floodlights?

I was browsing the hardware store the other day and ran across floodlights that resemble the old halogen style, but with a CFL mounted inside the reflector instead. I didnt have time to pull it down and read the specs, but has anyone on here used them?

I bought 4 a few months ago and i used 2 to flower my last batch, they work great to hang because all light is aimed down but they get a little warm so i had to get a bigger fan.

I'm using two of the 100watt flourex units. I pulled the bulb and socket from the reflector and separated the ballast. They work great for veg.

im using 11 cfls how know how many lumenes but i hang my lights by the cord and my fans blow on them and move them a little is this ok can the lights move or will it hurt the plant

do you mean that tha fan is blowing on the light and moveing them? as that is fine,,
