anyone turn their plants? (pots)

I turn my plants (in 3 gal pots) around 1/4 counterclockwise everyother day , so all parts of the plants can get an even ammount of light all the way asround; and not just good growth on the lighted side and a diminished ammount on the other. Also i find they stretch and bend on one side twords the light.

Im kinda new to growing somewhat, Am i doing the right with this, or shoulkd i leave them on one side? Is this something anyone else does?

They are in week 5-6 of bloom and As far as i can see the plants love it and are really growing good nice and even.

Any advice woukd be appriciated

I turn too.

I don't grow into scrog nets just just so I can turn and prune without hassle. They love that shit.

I grow using Flood and drain . I also turn my girls . That's why I don't use hydroton . Just rockwool blocks.

When i do 4-9 per light, and after the stretch, when i'm done staking them, tying them up, and have pruned/lolly popped them, i really don't have time to fart with them anymore. Sog, the trellis gets slammed down on them around day 21, and they are locked in, impossible to rotate. Smaller setups sure, bigger ones, rotating and spinning plants just aint practical for me

I always do, always have. They do tend to lean sometimes and turning them slighly gives them a little different angle of light.

I turn them for sure. I've done small grows -- two plants to a tent -- so it hasn't been hard. I just started a new grow where I'm growing four. If they're all female, four plants in my tent will mean a difficult task in turning because I top for four main colas, so each plant is spread out.

What I'm going to do is tie a long ribbon (very gentle) around each plant so that while they spread out, the ribbon will prevent stalks from different plant intertwining. This will make turning possible.

I turn mine as well and they get turned oh about 1 a month and a half turn lol a nd thats only cause I think about me
