anyone use FLORAKLEEN? and brown roots HELPPP

my roots are browning and getting sludgy is H2O2 and frolakeen good to use to fix this

yes, but if you are using a deep water culture or bubbleponics system, it is most likely that your pump is inadequate. you need constant oxygen to keep roots healthy. if they are already showing signs of root rot (dampening off) then just pray you can fix the roots with an upgraded air pump. I personally have had multiple bouts with root rot in the beginning of my hydro experience and found sm-90 root treating agent is really good, or a more common one is prozyme from humboldt nutrients. it turns old dead roots into nutrients the plant uses. Is your pH within the right range (5.3-6.5)? This can be a major factor for a lot of problems

while it could be discoloring from the nutrients themselves, that is definately the product of inadequete air flow. I would raise the pH to 5.8-6.0 and get a pump that is doing at least 60 gallons per hour because I had root rot my first DWC system because I trusted that 20 gallons per hour is enough. 60 is overkill, but i assume its not much bubbling going on

it only says 20-60 gallons and most of the 40 and 60 ones are split so only 20-30 gph. i had this problem, got online a general hydroponics pump (320 gph or 80 per valve, and it comes with valve controls. what kinda nutes are you using neway?

i just bought all these but some ive never used. i use the 5gal bucket system. im trying to use it for the first time and get a nute schedule down.

Alright well right now the florashield is likely your best bet, or some kind of root treatment whether its foliar or just added into the nutrient solution. you will also need to upgrade the pump, such as buying a connector to make both valves on pump going to single bucket, or some way to increase oxygen which is what you lack currently. i had a great nutrient solution like yours, but without oxygen its as good as nothing. thats why aeroponics are so effective in building root systems, 100% oxygen environment nutrient uptake!

also, i am using the GH series 3 part and a lot of additives with great success so if you ever doubt your products now, i can verify GH is a satisfactory nutrient.

i never put roots in water without this..........especially if your temps are high!
