I stumbled upon the site today and they have some seeds ive been searching for. and although it looks pretty legit, ive never seen nor heard of anyone using them before
Anyone use Hortmans.com for clones/cuts/seeds?

With some cuts going for upwards of 2,000$ I would really hope this site is legit.

GLO has them too, not exactly sure id call them a legit seedbank though.
my thoughts exactly. Ive seen a handful of shady fake seedbanks and it was pretty obvious by the shit websites, this one looks well done. Theres more legit banks in existence than ever right now (especially based here in the states)

I think a good way of figuring out legitimacy is by going straight to the breeders they’re carrying and asking them.
Lots of legit breeders will let you know straight up if they’re actually carrying their seeds

Website looks nicely put together. What worries me is they wouldn't fork the $80/yr to have at least one @hortmans.com email address. Also, I don't see any phone number available. I would avoid them.

They are hmclones/healthy made clones (hmclones.com redirects to hortmans). Who knows why they rebranded. Theres a thread on them here. I personally would not spend a dime with them.

The site looks very similar to HM Clones and The Cuts Club. When I tried googling HM clones, Hortmans pops up.
My guess - the recent reviews here for HM clones started showing up on google searches so they changed names.
I have no experience buying their seeds as I've only bought clones and definitely do not recommend their cuts.
Just speculation that its Healthy Made Clones, but thats my take.

I ordered and paid 250 plus 50 shipping for a cut of Tropicana Cherries and they took my money and are ghosting me. It's been two weeks and they said it would be next day shipped and I'd have it in 1-3 days. Total scam!

Update** Trop Cherrys did get delivered this afternoon. 2 clones of la pop rocks were also included as freebies for delay. Not a scam and actually legit after all.

So i got a message here, from Hortmans/Healthymadeseeds. Explained the name change and gave a speech about being legit, wanting to earn repeat business etc.
well the beans i wanted disappeared from the other place i was gonna grab em, so i went ahead and took a chance, placed my order with Hortmans. Seeds are a different game than clones, you either have them and send them or you dont, no variables like cut sources or authenticity. roots, and pests/disease.
I have spent a small fortune on beans over the years, getting burned for 1 pack wouldnt be the end of the world, plus once you end up on my shit list i will inform everyone youre a scam artist at every single chance i get. Updates to come, ill give them some time yet.

Well so far, my correspondence with Hortmans has been just like any other seedbank/breeder ive dealt with. The requirement of sending payment within 24hrs of ordering is a bit much but whatever. They sent me a couple emails upon receipt of payment and when they sent out the pack, one more update to come within the next few days

got my beans. Packaging is legit. Theres a few packs on there for less than retail, if im interested in one of those again i wouldnt hesitate to use Hortmans. No complaints

Just registered to say that Hortmans is legit. Took a bit to get but faster than not getting them at all. Came to this site to see if someone had gotten scammed but as soon as I read assumptions I went ahead and ordered. I was surprised they had the strain I was looking for. Should've ordered some clones when they were 50% off
