Sup People:mrgreen:

So heres the thing i just bought a 400w MH/HPS system and im super excited to get growing...this is my second grow (1st was with cfl).

MY DILEMMA. Could anyone help advise me on how i should grow the plants if im limited for time? I wanna try harvest in about 3 to 4 months....
I was wondering if should grow 4 plants to full maturity OR grow about 6 to 8 smaller plants by flowering earlier OR i was planning to try sea of green method but from what ive read doing a SOG would take longer due to having to veg the clones for an extra one or two weeks....?

Which one of these would be quickest and provide a decent yield if grown well?

Thanks much appreciated:peace:

quickest would be 12/12 from seed, but yield will suffer.

Best way would be to just grow say 6 plants, veg for 3-4 weeks, then flower. Dont top or anything as that will slow down the process (even though yield would increase in the long run)

12-12 from seed is a bad idea. Did that last 2 Harvests. Tiny plants and tiny harvests. You have 3-4 months, just get a quick maturing Indica, there are tons that would completely mature in that time, 1 month veg to 12-14 inches flower for 2 months get 2-2 1/2 tall plants with 5-6 times more bud at harvests. good luck

Have you considered growing a Autoflowering strain like Easy Ryder? less yield, but seed to harvest in about 60-80 days
You could easily grow 5-6 alongside each other & get a nice amount off them.. They show sex in about two weeks from germination too so you can start germing more if you have Males

I'm with Edthreads. 60-80 day autoflower. Smoke is descent, yield so-so so plant more! Another would be to get a 100% Indica. Seed to smoke ~ 120 days. With the Autoflower though, you have more time for curing.

I think the autoflowering strains seem to be the best option:)
Thanks for the input il try post a journal ASAP if anyone is interested to see how it goes

Thanks again:joint:

I have an MK Ultra plant grown from seed, and in just one month it is nearly three feet tall, has been topped twice, and is covered with preflowers. I use LEDs and floros in my grow though.
