Where can I find a fluoro tube socket like this? What is it actually called?

seems like an odd socket , i wonder wheres the fuse starter(the thing that jump starts the light) located no this one .
well to me it just looks like something a local shop had specially made or smth like that.

no these floro tubes just like all the other compact cfl's have built in ballasts and since they are plugging into a source much higher than needed for running and starting the bulb they only put in a tiny lil capacitor to fire the bulb. any ways my home depot sells these
here they are a lil bit more expensive than others but they are higher lumen an wattages than a lil 23 watter

sorry just realised those are mogul base. but they sell those types with the standard base locally for me

still need to know what they are called and where to find them? Tamjam help me out. If anyone else knows you can help me too
