Anyway to speed up maturing

Hey all. I just got hit with the news I've got an inspection coming up in 3 weeks. I'm only 3 weeks into switch and I usually flower out the girls Im running for 9 weeks but have chopped them at 8 weeks for this same reason.

I ask this question about speeding up as I've seen different things like lower light hours, a brutal flush for a week and different things that apparently can speed it all up. I'm not worried about a loss of weight, that's better than a 6 week crop that ain't ready.

Basicly does anyone have hand on experience with this?

How long does the inspection take, a few hours ain't going to hurt a plant? Unless your pad is the size of the space station and they're going to be a while.

Introduce Banana peels and bananas to your garden they will release ethylene gas and will trigger your plants to speed up the process.. the greener the better.. couple should do.. i'd introduce them about 8 or 9 days before your harvest window. (1 banana per plant should do.) all females need is a good whiff of that gas and the ethylene goes to work and makes your flowers ripe faster.

I have read this but always assumed it to be an old wives tale.

I know sounds crazy right, but i have read couple studies and i had good findings on some crops i dont tend to rush my shit anyway i like my yield big lol. but in this case where its a rush you might as well try it whats a couple of coins for some bananas? of course what i would do is find a spot for the girls maybe a back garden and cover them? maybe a friend? maybe rent a delivery van put them in the back?

If you pollinate your plant now, it will " look " closer to done in three weeks. Seeds won't be done but pistils will be shriveled and trichs will be further along. But then you gotta deal with a bunch of small, unripe beans. I've done the u haul thing twice in mid bud with no real illl effects. Better to let them finish normal, if you can find a way. Best of luck.

Cheers for all the replies. The couple of issues I have with moving them are, it's 6 girls in a scrog net all weeved through and then I only have off street parking and the street lights light the street up like crazy at night. I could maybe try cutting them out of the net, staking them and then moving in black bags, but it does come with the risk of neighbours, a couple of them are up all night on the gear and I don't want them getting ideas about my place

What if I just feed them my magic mushroom tea and get them to travel 7 weeks ahead from now, then I could just chop now and pull another grow before inspection

Haha that's actually a good one, but I'm done with seeds

Might just give this a try if I don't end up moving them for the day. I'm thinking about the move, but gotta plan it right

i remember stressing so much about this. It was crazy to bring them in the hallway. You need to pull yourself out of your comfort zone and try something dudde

here's what to do... in the week leading up to inspection messsage the guy and tell him you have covid and u visited a doctor and he told you to isolate for 2weeks.. then u tell the inspector you'll get onto him when your feeling better for the inspection.
grow your shit chop few days early, dry and jar it. txt the guy saying my feeling better. Peace.
