This will be my second outdoor grow, failing with only one plant last year that got ripped off I have set out again with a new plan. Seeds this year.

So far I have built a small stealth grow box. I have vegged under T-12s before but I needed a more stealth setup with CFLs, unfortunately I didn’t set it up properly in the beginning so I lost 4 Church seeds and LSD seed because of extreme heat. Now the heat problem is fixed, less stealth but the plants are thriving much more.
My plan:
Put out 2 Church, 1 Fruity Chronic Juice, 1 Big Bud x Northern Lights, 1 Frisian Dew, 1 Sweet Deep Grapefruit, 1 White Siberian = total of 7 regular seedlings in one location about 1.5 hrs away from my house.
5 Other locations closer to my house with each area 5 Automatics.
I chose to do automatics where I will be getting a higher yield. I will be testing out a bunch so I can see which is the best to grow for the future outdoors in my area. Hopefully I will be getting an earlier harvest and this way it will be more stealth instead of having a group of huge plants. I will only be visiting the autos once in the middle of August to see if the autos are ready. I will be digging 1.5x1.5 foot holes throwing some worm castings in each.

Here are my pictures of the autos I put out in the middle of June. The pictures are taken 3 weeks before harvest. Unfortunately I did not have my camera for the harvest pictures. I only got 4 grams dry, I had 7 out but 3 got ripped out by deer. I just added worm castings to the mix. I dont think I will ever grow autos outside again because for them to get big you need to visit and fertilize a lot and with this I only went back once in late July to fertilize and then again 3 weeks later for harvest. By harvest they had lost all their leaves. Very airy buds but the high is still very good surprisingly.

The 2 autos that I started off with were Thunder Bloody Mary and ONYX.

Here are my regulars. This is the first visit I have done since I planted them in late may. I only added worm castings to the mix when I planted.
Unfortunately the tags which I wrote the plant type has rubbed off and I now no longer know which is which. There is one that has a big bud and another that isnt too far behind. The other 4 have a long way to go.

So here is a month update from the last time I went to check on my babies.
The one that fell down that I tied back up was a male, even though i bought all feminised seeds. It doesnt look like the other plants were affected but im not 100% sure. I forgot my good camera so all pics are from my iphone.

I was only able to harvest one plant out of the 5 remaining and it was the biggest one of the last pictures, it also turned a nice purple so Im thinking it was the FRISIAN DEW but i am uncertain. Anyone know?
Im still drying but hopefully I got 1 ounce from this plant, pretty good for only checking on it once since middle of may.

Thats awesome for only visiting once bro!! I really want to give something like this a try next year, I vegged my Shortrider outside this year but it ended up being my only female so it had to come in!! I'll be watching for the rest of the pics, thanks for sharing! +Rep

So you dont kno which plant is your White Siberian...Thts disappointing cuz im growing one also. I wanted to compare them!

I would not recommend only visiting them once. The bud came out very airy and didnt smell very good either. I will have to go back to check on the others soon before frost comes but i dont think I will get very much bud... Im going to have to come up with a better plan for next year, somewhere closer to my house so I can visit more often.

for only having visited once, how much did you yield and was the smoke any good? i'm looking at autoflowering northern, diesel, or onyx outdoors in a similar climate but will be visiting more often. Also if any of you have tried autoflowers outdoors, please post your reccomended strains.
