This is pretty much exact. They have to give 24 hrs notice before coming in your pad. You better know that from hour 1 I will be tearing everything down.I have been growing in my aprtment for 6 months now. I waited 2 and a half months before doing anything. The management is very respectful of my privacy and I haven't had any issues. Make sure you know your apartment before you start. Pesticides are sprayed every month in every apartment, I told them I didn't want chemicals being sprayed and they didn't question it, I also looked up EPA warnings about the chemicals to give valid reasons for this. If there is ever an inspection they will give a least 24 hours notice. It is doable, just be on your toes...
Ok I am a landlard, I smell some pot, Ok, now Im going to have the cops called, get the tenants out of there, have no one to rent to for a couple of months, loose thousands of dollars, feel good about busting a sick person growing their meds... hhhmmmNot a real good idea. It can be done though. Smell can get ya caught, maintenance can be a problem also. You'll just have to feel your landlord out.
The main thing to remember is that the landlord is not constrained by the constitution. He can call the cops if he discovers your grow, and it's a good bust. Cops need either a warrant, or the owner/authorized agents permission to enter the premises. Your landlord is "SUPPOSED" to give notice before entering, but we all know it happens all the time. If he/she narcs you out, it CAN be used by the cops in court.
LOL Only in California would someone even remotely consider it "growing meds" everywhere else in the country we're just f'in potheads or drug dealers.Ok I am a landlard, I smell some pot, Ok, now Im going to have the cops called, get the tenants out of there, have no one to rent to for a couple of months, loose thousands of dollars, feel good about busting a sick person growing their meds... hhhmmm
