yes but if he is growing illegally he has limited options, if the neighbor suspects he has weed or has seen him with it. The best thing is to call the police and tell them that you need to file a noise complaint because his neighbors dog is constantly barking, you normally do this when the dog is infact barking so when the police arrive there is something to substantiate it. Also while there he deffinitely should say that his neighbor issued a verbal threat, and have him state exactly what was said. Its pretty much filing a police report. Thats the best option, or he could talk to the landlord and have him mention something if he lives in a apartment complex. If the neighbor does seem unstable and would attack your son he may only have the option of moving. Also with a filed police report if something does happen the court will look more favoribly towards your son rather then is being a his word against mine deal. especially if within the report a threat of violence is documented.

Some people are crazy so its truly a feel it out type of deal. The best answer not to repeat myself is to call the police

he shouldnt try handle it on his own, never know what people will do. Police presence is a good thing. Just my two cents.

ohhh ok... Not to be that stereotyping person but, i say hes got limited options. He should prob move and then call the INS and report a strong drug smell coming from the apartment. Some grouping of people are never good news.

he actually gets along with one of them ,its when they get together. he would never set anyone up even if there was a fight

Not to offend anything but just like any race black white hispanic some things are true and no matter the race group bad people together bad things do happen. Is there a option for your son to move back home for a few months to save some money for a better place.

this is probably the best idea so far. you could probably plant drugs on his property too just to seal the deal lol

violence man never a good option, what ethnicity are you
WOW...racist much. i refuse to answer that one...its amazing that you can be racist without even knowing my race. re-read my post, it says that short of violence moving is the only option. i did not suggest violence...but if the landlord is no help and calling the cops isnt an option, then moving is the only thing you can do short of violence.

racist fuck:cuss:

yea sometimes the racial tension is just there, and no matter how nice he is or civil its just better to find a new place. Also older people are always the best to live next to esp when race is a issue. I am white too and have a few friends who bounced around hispanic areas and they have said the older people are much more welcoming and calm. More family oriented.
