Apollo 300W LED

I purchased this LED for my grow and just wanted some opinions on it. Also is there any good threads to view for LED? I'm new to growing indoors and to LED's.

Is this a actual 300W light or is that just the advertising.

It says in description on Amazon link 170w power draw and think it will do nicely for a first grow and get you some decent plants bit maybe worth changing the spectrum a little for your next grow and just out of curiosity what's the size of your grow space?

I've just bought one of those, except a 240w model. It's pretty nice, seems to be a good spectrum balance for MJ, the light it gives off is a pinking color. It doesn't penetrate as well because the LEDs aren't in reflector cups and the light's more dispersed outward, compared to the models where the LEDs are put into reflector bays. If you're growing in an area that has decent reflection it doesn't matter much though. That's a decent price for that light, got mine used on auction for $107

it depends on how big your space is man and how many plants you wanna run

if you want 20 plants that light isn't gonna cut it, but if you want like 2 or 3 it may do the job
