Apollo horticulture vs. ipower 400w?

Lets just say that I live in a remote area. I'm not at all concerned with RF interference unless it fucks with my wifi, because cable service isn't even available out here.

SO my only concern is the lumen output of these systems.

My question is: are these "value line" Apollo & iPower systems comparable in light output to a more expensive, more reputable brand name system? Anyone with experience-driven answers - you will be a God to me.

Just answered part of my own question, for those who are interested.

Still not sure how the ballast affects lumen output, but I did learn of the differences in bulbs.

The 400w iPower/Hortilife bulbs that come with Amazon kits have the following output: HPS 53,000 lumens, MH 36,000 lumens.

Im comparison, a "top-of-the-line" (so I've heard) Digilux HPS bulb boasts 57,000 lumens, and the MH bulb 45, 000.

Big or not so big difference on paper.

Any 1st-hand accounts supporting this shit fellas?

Ok, I have a 600w ipower digital ballast and I dont have cable tv, comcast is in my area though I have directv and my neighbor had a tech out from Comcast a couple sundays ago. I had a feeling my ballast was putting out rfi, when I drive my nitro trucks my servos will twitch. I chalked this up with just recently moving and a new area and maybe interference from a neighbor. I know the neighbors and they have wifi problems but their digital box was fried, thats why they were there from comcast. However I have seen bucket trucks everywhere since then. I worked for comcast as a tech for 11 years and knew maintenance guys, but the company now wont even tell techs if there are problems in areas and maintenance guys dont talk to techs anymore so my friends that work there have no idea why buckets are around here.

I tested my ballast with a am radio and got a clear channel, turned on lights and nothing but noise all throughout the house. Needless to say my magnetic ballast will be here tomorrow

Ive used a 400w apollo gull wing light, works well but can't tell if it leaks RF. Currently I'm just growing seedling veggies for the spring garden here but have noticed more isp trucks than usual. I don't really notice any interruptions, sometimes my wifi drops on a device but I think thats more my shitty router. I don't have an AM radio, is there an app that I could use to test this out?
