Apparently poor yield...first grow...so many questions!

WOW. interesting read...... ive had one failed grow (light burnt the plants to death). now i'm on my second attempt (seeds in water germ'ing). when my plant was grown by say 4weeks i was under the impression i had to prune the bottom leaves to allow "Energy" to go to the top to grow faster. LOL.

I think for my second ever attempt i might just leave the leafs ans just learn to grow normally first.
