application of Snow Storm?

I just got snow storm, and im using the full line of roots organics. first question is should i even use this with roots. second, im in to flowering 3 weeks, is it too late to start using snow storm, or can i start feeding it with my nutes, or should i foliar instead. i have zero experience with this stuff, suggestions?

okay so i take it it wont hurt the organic mix then. was that cancer warning thing just for Gravity or was that also for snowstorm?, i read it had something to do with combining them to, anyone want to clarify?
