Approved or Not approved

Whats up everyone new on here so work with me. I juist recently i think anyways became a medical marihuana patient but how do i know for sure if i really am. i was told i wouldnt receive anything in the mail if i was approved. and i didnt its been about 3 months now i just want to know how i know if im legal or not.. is there a way to check
?

If you sent a check in go to your bank or get online and check if it was cashed. If it was then your approved if not then you weren't but hopefully it was.

your paperwork will serve as you card after 21 days of your check being cashed with the state. You will eventually receive a medical marijuana card in the mail if you were approved it just takes forever for them to get their head out of their ass and get the card issued. But yes you should receive a card if approved.

well since its been 3 months and you didnt get a letter of denial i would say you're approved. you should be gettin your card in a month or so.

Yeah it's taking upto 5 month to get the cards out so your good with just your paperwork. Proof of mailing is helpful but really not needed as the law spells out the 21 day thing with your paperwork. Law doesn't say ya have to have proof of mailing but it's a nice safe gaurd for leo. Our prosecutor said ya dont need the proof of mailing but it does help them.

If it's been 3 months your legal so enjoy................

Thank you guys for the help i actually went into the chat room and asked someone they told me to check with my doctor i di get approved and im happy as ever.. got to started a week ago will post pics as soon as they get big enough to show off their still little but alo of growin is happening so it shoudnt be long now!! Well if any one is in michigan and gonna be at the holloween bash then ill see ya there and at a couple other gatherings too..

ok now im confused. Your doctor told you that you were approved by the doctor or the state? But either way like was said above if its been 3 months then you are legal now.But a doctor has no way of actually checking on your status with the state.

I was in the chat so let me clarify, his doctor is the one that mailed it for him, he got receipt from his doctor for money order and such so now he has that in addition to the normal paperwork

Check to see if your check was cashed. If so, then yes, you are approved. 3 days it took for me to see my copy of my check. Then put your copies up on your grow room. Also, copies in your vehicle. You are ready. Takes about 3 to 4 mths. to get your card.
