Are California versions of Pyrethrum & Floramite different?

I am not supposed to be able to order Pyrethrum in California but I can order it from Amazon from one of the sellers. Is that because it is a California version? Same question for Floramite, basically are these the full strength formulas?

I just took down my young flowering plants and emptied the room but I want to save my genetics in veg. Thanks in advance for any help.

All I know is don't use floromite unless you have to. It is a very harsh chemical already known to cause cancer! Same with Avid or abermectin...

I think I don't need either of those things I am using Azatrol and even feeding it to my little veg plants. I also hung No Pest Strips in there. If it doesn't work I will put them down and get some more after the exorcism.
