Damn it shortbus......well yes ultra violet / black bulb. Night club type.
It's not hps, its a ceramic metal halide that has been retrofitted to run on a magnetic hps ballast. International Cannagraphic Magazine Forums - Ceramic Metal Halide (CMH)That HPS looks intersting, really good spectrum. Has any one used one, or know anything about them. I might try and get one next time round. IF that is possible.
Do they work in a normal Ballest?
its for growing resin, not bud. commercial growers need not apply.Any bulb that is designed to produce excessive uv or uv-b is not going to be in the ideal spectrum for growing bud. Wether its a UV black bulb or a bulb to go in a reptile tank...
I didn't ask.its a myth...
If you want more resin, you need to let your plants dry out and lower the humidity.
If you understood how light is measured "in plants", then it really would make sense.
If you were a baby, I would shake you.thank for the input i will be staying one the mh till i go into flowering then i am going to try the envirolite for flowering my reasons being the bulbs are cheaper and running costs are lower
