Yeah that will work fine. Just remember to weigh the empty bag first, then the bag with the weed in it and subtract it. Most plastic baggies weigh about 1 gram.

i assume since a scale relays on balance that unless you can keep your hand stable that it will affect your measurement. search ebay for jewelry scales, they got good shit for under $15 shipped its worth the couple extra bucks. aight peace:blsmoke:

A good way to test your hand scale like that is to clamp it on a nickel or put the nickel inside the bag. The nickel will weigh exactly 5 grams alone if your scale is correct, if it is not correct you know how much to offset the weight.
I am pretty sure those are not accurate past 30 grams.

Just make sure when you use your digi that it is on a table or something and not like a sofa or something because it messes up the weight if it isnt flat.

Triple beam is the only way in my book. In the field I am in I know that digital scales go out of calibration easily and often. My beam gets zeroed every time I use it and I know for a fact that the weights don't get lighter.

I have a scale just like that that has been in my posession for years. It works fairly well, but i wouldn't recommend it. Digital balances have become extremely affordable over the last few years. I don't see any reason why anyone should go any other way anmore. Get yourself a cheap set of digis... it will reward you.
