Are hermie's seeds useful?

Hi, guys. A quick question. Got some buds from a hermie plant with the seeds. Are those seeds usable or they make also hermies? Just in case I keep them separate from the "regulars" which I plan to germinate one day.
Thx.

They will have a much higher chance to hermie but that doesn't mean all of them will. If you don't mind a high possibility of seeds in your bud they're fine to grow in my opinion. I have a bag full of seeds from a hermied white rhino my friend always grows, the smoke is incredible so if i ever have a space to just chuck a tonne of seeds i can just use those since i know i wouldn't bother weeding out the males anyway and i don't really care about the 10 seconds it takes to de-seed weed to smoke

I have used herm seed multiple times and they came out female. People say there is a chance of being male but it hasn't happened for me.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, but if you can afford new seed then I would recomend getting them. Reducing risks trumps saving money.

HELL YES, their useful!

Give them to the person you hate the most!
That's probably the best thing to do with them (lol)
Seriously though, if the plant they came from was a natural hermie, dump em because the odds are high that it is genetic problem, and you will have more.
If it is a result of stress, such as high temps or really fucked up PH and/or overfeeding, then you could have some viable fem seeds.
I have no time personally to take a chance on a seed that could produce another hermie, or male after 6 weeks of growing. I would dump them, or do what the Dr Who said ( I would really fuc em personally, and make them pay for them also) Peace out

28/28 hermie seeds popped produced all hermies by week 2-3 of flower. I don't even waste my time any longer even if I find the occasional seed in a bud.

Got some seeds from a herm bud, and thats been my strongest female out of 4 different strains. In week 3 of flower, and nothing but beautiful flowers, Really just depends on how good you treat you plant and if you seed is female.

Being able to hermie is a trait most marijuana plants have, very usefull in the wild, and yes they will be 100% female and should look like their parents.

I dont get many in a good grow but plenty if i fuck up, personally i love getting free seed and most of the hype about them is just not true although i wouldnt keep selfing a hermie plant too many times.

A seed is not fully sexed when its still a seed! (By about a 50-50 ratio)
It goes one way or the other by environmental conditions as it starts out.....
A seed from a Hermed (Bisexual is the proper term) plant is far more likely to express the bisexuality later in bloom.
That does not mean that every seed from a bisexual flower will express the trait. It does mean that it is far more prone to!

I wouldn't get to cocky dude! Your not done YET!

NO THEY ARE NOT 100% FEMALE!
Even selfed or "feminized" seeds are NO Guarantee of 100% female!!!

You should begin to ask yourself, "Why do I fuck up?" You shouldn't be by now

If a female plant self pollinates itself or another female plant then the only outcome is female hence predetermined sex, this i wouldnt think is arguable.

My growing is at a reasonable standard but far from perfect, over time the percentage of hermie has dropped

I had an early skunk that hermied last year because of the high temps and power outages we had over here in the summer. I decided to pop them in some coco and flower from seed. None of these plants hermied and all were females. There was just the one plant that was growing weird and smelt like chocolate kinda woody effect but that was the only thing that was out of the ordinary in this case.

I don't think I would throw away hermie seeds. Especially if the plant was a great smoke too. That's just my opinion though based on my experience.

Wrong! very popular misconception....There is NO GUARANTEE of 100% female seeds from selfing! No matter what kind of "selfing" it was!

In fact I still have pollen from a male that came from Colloidal Silver S1's. He was a real BRUTE and has done well in breeding use......BTW, I have had no "herming" issue's from any of the projects he was part of....

In a few years ive never seen one in any grow or here from a female x female cross, thats close enough 100% for me plus the biological mechanisms which exsist inside a plant that determine the genetics of herms is as yet undiscovered and uncited so there are no certainties anywhere.
