i disagree with your post and agree with the person whom your quoted.. i honestly don't see weed being made fully legal or decrimed across the board, at least not in my lifetime..

like the other person was saying, way too much money to be made off of it's illegality imho.. the war on drugs, jail / prison owners, judges, lawyers, and people who work with the court.. it's huge money to all of these people, and we all know money talks in the us of a..

Didn't read all the post but kuroi mentioned the cops reading the forum. Just earlier today I had the thought or question of, I wonder if any cops reading this site ever turn pro marijuana. Reading so often how it helps everyone, and with all the good links and research people post, and seeing that most us aren't crazed lunatics doing terrible things and seeing that in general, the people on this site are indeed good people. How could you not start to question if weed is good? Unless of course your extremely closed minded and only believe that weed is satan and we all think we can jump off buildings and fly and become extremely violent rapist when we smoke.

I got caught with 56g when I was 18 in London. 2 WPC pulled me. I had it in an O and 2 halves. Big interest back at the station followed by a CID trip home. I told them it was personal and I got 40 quid court costs and conditional discharge for 12 mths. You're never too young to have a safe house!!!!!

I feel incredibly guilty having gotten away with over an ounce sitting in a police station, being carrying it across the country etc whilst you got busted over a negligible amount...

I personally smoke both recreationally and medicinally, I supply for friends who cannot find a connection local to them but mainly and older lady that lives across the street. She is lonely and has anxiety with back pain, so I do deliver to her occasionally.

I am a criminal though I don't think what I do should be considered criminal. I suppose I don't get caught because I don't go around looking like I'm doing something illegal, I act completely natural because I don't FEEL like I'm doing something illegal. Probably why I'm so open-mouthed about it as I am being now.

How did they get you? Did you look shifty? Any police I've smoked near didn't really care.

it's pretty long story k.. the worst part was i didn't even know i had the bud on me at the time... but yes, i have this nervous tick that i'm completely unaware of and someone picked up on it and thought i was hiding something, which at the time i didn't even think i was.. asked to go through my stuff and i said sure, i've got nothing to hide... all of a sudden the bust out this tin box that had those smokeless tobacco in it, and when they opened it up i saw the nick bag of bud i had put in there for safe keeping after rolling a joint with some.. i nearly shit my pants at the time..
it just sucked balls.. spent the night in one of the most cockroach infested cells i have ever had the displeasure of being in.. the worst part was of course no one believed that the whole thing was a mistake on my part and thought i was some big time smuggler, which really irked my liver..
then of course i liked the cop who asked me if it was really marijuana because it smelled kind of like wet, which is pcp.. i couldn't stop lol'ing at this douche bag b'cuz if you've ever smelled wet, you wouldn't mistake that smell for anything but what it is..

Yep. As of right now, every single solitary one of us is considered a criminal in the Fed's eyes. It's been 7 years since I last had a run-in with any type of LEO. Just like Racerboy it was for some small petty shit and cost me thousands and almost ruined me. Learned to be alittle more careful.

even the medical growers on here are criminals so of course were all criminals. more than half the USA don't even have medical. I've been a criminal since I was 15 years old but never been hit with a fellony. but all I do now is grow which I don't consider a crime god put it here aint no goverment can tell me otherwise shit they sell us opiates for pain and alchohol and cigarettes loaded with chemicals for $6+ a pack not to mention all the benzo's and amphetamine's that they sell to children even first graders are getting hooked on ritalin. you ask me the goverment is the criminal not some guy growing a harmless plant even if he does make a few bucks to feed his family atleast hes not getting kids hooked on amphetamine.
