I plant outdoors in pots but its been raining for a week already, the pistils on the buds turned brown. Are my buds okay to smoke or are they rotten?

I wouldn't say there rotten. But way too much nitrogen for a budding plant. Super dark green glossy, is not where ya wanna be at that stage.
