Are My Fan Leaf Stems supposed to be Purple ???

In general I'm not aware of purple being a bad sign. Lots of people strive for purple buds.

I concur with this. Typically, purple stems can be caused by too cold an environment, or a few different nutrient deficiencies/toxicities. Your temp is perfect (78F), and there is no sign of nutrient issues. It appears just to be genetic makeup. I usually am growing several strains simultaneously, and I'll have one strain with the purpling and another with green stems right beside each other in the same grow area, both getting the exact same nutrient treatment all the while appearing perfect in health.

Start with a 1/2 dose or less of the manufacturer's recommendation when mixing the nutrients, and remember to pH the mixture after the nutes have been added to the water (I know you already pH, but it's just a reminder). If leaf tips start burning, back off on the amount of nutes you're putting into the water. If the bottom leaves begin to go a pale yellow colour, that's Nitrogen deficiency, and is your cue to increase the amount of nutes in the water.

Keep a notepad handy, and document the water/nutrient ratio you use each feed. That way you can't forget what you were feeding at last feed. In this notebook, jot down any signs of problems or issues you may encounter, and date everything. On your second grow, you can use this information to dial things in immediately.

That light you are running is only 240w. How close do you have it? These were 35.If they were photos i would have waited longer to top dress but they are autos and they were flowering.

Im new to using LEDs as well and this threw me off a little at first. Just check the manufacturer's distance/power setting recommendations, i tried to cheat mine closer too early (its not hot ah'duh lol) and almost toasted my young girls.
