not ready and as you heard before get a scope to check your trichs, that will take the guessing out of when there done..
Neither CBD nor CBN are psychoactive compounds however CBD has been known to have a relaxing effect. CBD is not something that develops as the buds ripen, however CBN is a byproduct of THC breaking down and the more amber you see in the trics the more CBN you will have in your smoke (also the less THC).CBD is more potent than THC, thats why CBD strains are only like 4 % CBD, where as THC can easily be in the 20% margin in quality genetics. on the high end of both the CBD strain will likely "feel" more potent. thats why medical users who suffer pain or sleeplessness go for CBD strains.
Trichomes will further degrade after turning amber into useless masses of brown goo if you let the plant die before you pick it. the heads will explode and all pschoactive effects will be lost.
really its a question of taste, i have never really felt "stoned" off high sativas or early picked bud, but thats just me. to each his own

THCA and CBDA, which become THC and CBD come from the same precursor element, CBGA, as does CBCA which becomes CBC. Through decades of breeding the allele that controls what percentage of CBGA becomes CBDA has been almost totally bred out of modern strains leaving them high in THCA and low in CBDA. Fairly recent breeding efforts have been working to reverse that. Shantibaba's CBD Crew and Project CBD, working in conjunction, along with a few others, have created some strains where THCA/THC and CBDA/CBD were roughly equal and also some strains that have high amounts of CBDA/CBD and low amounts of THCA/THC strains. Increasing CBDA/CBD levels will always result in lower THCA/THC levels since both come from the same precursor element, CBGA, and when more goes for THCA/THC there is less available for CBDA/CBD.
LOL, love how everyone thought you were a guy. very nice looking though, grats.I'm keeping an eye on them, its dropping in the forties tonight and the rest of the week here so I'm praying they'll have enough time before the first freeze! I'm thinking at least 2 more weeks...
BTW, I'm a girl!
