are my ladies okay ?

i have some sprouts that i planted into their medium (originally peat moss now miracle grow potting soil) about a week and a half ago. i have some decent sized sprouts but several of the longer ones are bendy and slightly retarded looking they are just starting there second set of fan leaves (third if you count the round ones that come up originally) is that ok at this stage or am i doing something wrong any help is appreciated can upload pics if need be

sounds like one of two things or both...
the seed was to high in the medium when it sprouted and the light is to far away / to weak. make sure any super light green to white part of the lower stem is in the medium and move your light closer not so close it burns it but close so the plant doesn't stretch for it.

ok well heres a pick of the ladies there is quite a bit of light stalk showing but i dont kno how im gonna rebury 6 inches of sprout stem im my 4 inch dixie cup lol

maybe get some bigger pots or use a 2 liter bottle just cut off the top

streeeeeeeeeeeeeeched. Do as they (above) say plus prop them till they get stronger (chop sticks work well) and blow a fan on them to reenforce the steams.
