No. The pistils need to receed more. If you haven't, start looking at the trichomes. "Hairs" are a great way to tell your plant is maturing, but the trichomes tell the tail....

Def needs more time. If you are flushing, just try not to let it cannabalize too much and you can't go wrong. (It'll turn yellow and shrivel too much)

My plants were deppish green ,I have 8 strains and they're all 9 week (on seed lab pack) .theyre ok but a fair bit behind and some look similar to the OP's pics above .Last night I gave them just pure water .Then as I wanted to start to flush I used fox farm sledge hammer .I let that dry then gave iguana bloom ,cal mag and a mills pk booster ,before I gave the nute feed I gave them a foliar spray with Epsom salts ,just gone in the room some of the leaves have died I have started to spray clean water on all the ones I treated with the Epsom salts .Is there anything I can give to help restore them as they were strong ? Also there @ week 7 .

Not even close, the buds will swell and pistols will dry and turn orange when it's ready, I like to go 30/70, amber/cloudy trichs before I pick em.
