Are my lights too low?

I know the bulbs you are talking about i only have 3 x 15 watts with 3 plants but banging out 300 watts. Saw of the covers at the edge then bring them up a bit. Daylight ones 6500k warm white 300k see the difference. Into the start of 6 week of flower. Beautiful, beautiful plant... Do you mix warm white and cold white bulbs at the same time? Or used the 6500k at veg and 3000k at flowering? ( I already have a fan, but still struggling to hold at 30°C, very hot here)
