Alright, you provide zero info, fill this out so we can help:
How long has this problem been going on?
What STRAIN are you growing?
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)
What is the age of your plants?
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?
How Tall are the plants?
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?)
What Nutrient's are you using?
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? *Knowing the brand is very helpful*
How often are you feeding?
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients?
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used?
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering?
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb are you using?
What is the distance to the canopy?
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity)
What is the canopy temperature?
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ?
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?
Is your water HARD or SOFT?
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water?
Are you using water from a water softener?
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched?
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when?
Are plant's infected with pest's?

Why are you using clay in an ebb and flow, what is royal mix?
Ebb and flow should be with coco or hydroton rocks, not soil.
If this is royal mix then you are watering and fertilizing too often:

it is coco m8
i put a small ozone genny on for 10 min about a week ago can this have anything to do with it

Maybe over nuteing? Could also be humidity or maybe N deficiency. Also, if you've over-watered you might have bugs (I had gnats from that and my plants looked like that due to larvae damaging the roots.) Try different things, maybe flushing the plants or keeping an eye out for little black fucker-gnats. They aren't dying but it could happen. Are those Romulan?

I am only on my second grow but I have done a lot of reading on the matter before I started. It looks like your tips were burned and curled back for the most part in those pictures which leads me to believe they were over fertilized. I can see the leaf fringes on the sides pointing up too which could also mean some heat stress also (light is too close or moved close too quickly, room is too hot). When I started putting nutes into my plants I burned some of the sativas, I guess some are just way more sensitive than others.

I just started experimenting with my tap water (big city water) in hopes that I could avoid an R/O system, in less than a week brown necrotic patches started forming from the center of all my fan leaves, which may or may not be a P deficiency. Shortly after that, other healthy leaves started turning dark purple/green and stuck up like they were praying, which I think is Mg deficiency. I even let the water sit out for 48 hours with aeration so I could get rid of some of the chlorine. So with that in mind, consider an R/O system, as you can see from my experience water imbalances are bad. That way you know exactly how much nutes are going into your plants and you know all that nasty stuff in your tap has been removed. I never realized it until I started growing and really started understanding what is in city water, but my tap tastes and smells nasty (chlorine and metal) compared to purified drinking water from the bottle and now I never drink my tap water because it seems disgusting.

Next time read a bit around the forums and answer some more information so people can better help diagnose your problems.

Good luck.

ok here are some more pics (close ups)
i have some more plants in soil witch seem to be doing ok thay are under the same lights and i am using the same water and nutes as the others thay are blues the last pick is off the new grow room i am building
