ok i have a camera but the damn thing doesn't want to focus in... i got the seeds either 3 weeks or 4 weeks ago. i just transferred them into 3 5 gallon pots. i bought a 4 foot work light and put 2 T12 OTT lights. (made for growing indoor plants) they dont say the wattage on the box or the tubes.. and i put them in some organic MG soil. i unfortunately water them with tap water right away. (dont let the water sit) and when i was replanting them i got a little bit of soil on the underside of some of the leaves. those leaves are looking bad. and the healthy leaves are getting small wrinkles. if u need pics ill show u what i have.
thanks for the help.

Yeah you really need to post pics if you want people to help you. Tap water sucks and should be avoided at all costs. If you can't get an RO filter, your next best choice would be to buy distilled water from your local grocery store. Or better yet, go to Home Depot and buy 5gal jugs of it. And don't use spring water. If you must use tap water, you MUST let it sit out uncovered for at least 24 hours before using it. Tap water contains chlorine which will kill your plants. Invest $5 in a cheap pH test kit also so you can measure and balance the pH of your water. This is very important. If your pH is off, your plants will not be able to absorb nutrients properly. Get some pics up here if you want further assistance.

Looks like some over-watering to me. Before you water next let the soil dry out, use your finger to see it its dry at least an inch down then water.

Also, I would lower that light a little more, get it close to the plants.

yea i lowered it. and i kinda angled it because it goes left to right tallest to shortest. so i angled it so the light goes down with the size of the plant. and ok ill wait to water. and also about how long untill the jiffy pot it was in biodegrates?

just ease off of the watering or a get a moisture meter to tell see a more accurate time to water them.. And yea i agree with JJD by lowering the light. Other then that they should be fine.

Yah lay off the water...could of been nutes in the soil, if you just repotted them mine took 4 days to recover...looks like to much water, not enough air circulation...you need a fan. And some mold now...
