Are my plants growing slowly?

I'm just wondering whether there is something wrong with my plants or not. I have been growing them outdoors since germination. I have been watering every 3-4 days when the surface of the soil becomes crumbly dry and the pot feels light. My soil is organic, it contains coco-peat, perlite, organic potting mix and chicken manuer. The plants get about 4 hours direct sunlight, 10 hours indirect sunlight. I am just wondering whether I'm doing something wrong or they are not receiving enough light. Or is it completely normal for the plants to be growing at this steady pace considering they are outdoors. Am I being impatient? this is my first grow any advice is much appreciate, THANKS :D

what are the temps at outside? alot of places are starting to cool down, for 11 days they look small. i would also suggest trying to find a spot where they get more direct sunlight.

Temps outside mid day is 20°C-25°C. And at night it can drop to 13°C. It is the start of spring so the temperature is still rather cool where I'm at.

Could the temperature be slowing down the growth? I noticed the stem turn dark purple at night when its cold, and then back to a normal whitish green during the day when it warms up. Can exposing the seedlings to more direct sunlight cause it to be stunned because of heat stress or excessive light?.. Sorry if I'm asking to many questions but I'm quite new at this :/

anyway though, the cooler temps will make things slow down a bit...i would definitely try and get more direct sunlight to them though.
