You are only 2 weeks into flower man. Give it time lol. Thanks guys, I just wish I had better tricomb production and it be more frosty
I was just about to say that too. Growing requires a lot of patience. You are only 2 weeks into flower man. Give it time lol.
So I made a soil moister and humidity sensor relay on a spare raspberry pi. Its saying my humidity is around 60 percent and my temps are 25 CKeep humidity under 50% for trichomes
How far through did you say this pic was?
if you are in soil now and hydro before and you more than doubled your DLI aka quantity of light daily then a cpl things could be at play based off my previous post even. it is not possible to dial in soil per se so any excess or deficiencies will be magnified when pushing the plant that hard. for example a plant may not uptake some of the nutes it needs because one other factor is not perfect like not enough c02 for the quantity of light, thus the light is in excess for that circumstance. other examples based of the same premise would be a plant could need more N than it can uptake or if N is in excess it is uptaking it too large of quantities compared to what the other environmental factors are allowing it to process since you are pushing it so hard light wise with one of the other 9 factors being off, even if the medium is close to perfect.Currently I believe I am in the end of week 5. I went into flower at the beginning of last month. So around 37 days from start of flower. I took them out of tent to show yall why I am concerned mostly because my only other grow before this was hydroponic and my leaves never changed color last grow but I was on a 400 watt not a 1000 watt. I am curious if I should be watering more because I only water 1 gallon every 2 days.
Damn brotha that's scientific and I really needed that. I definitely pulled that last grow too early but it was running on 12 weeks of flower with no sign of anything changing and I rushed it.if you are in soil now and hydro before and you more than doubled your DLI aka quantity of light daily then a cpl things could be at play based off my previous post even. it is not possible to dial in soil per se so any excess or deficiencies will be magnified when pushing the plant that hard. for example a plant may not uptake some of the nutes it needs because one other factor is not perfect like not enough c02 for the quantity of light, thus the light is in excess for that circumstance. other examples based of the same premise would be a plant could need more N than it can uptake or if N is in excess it is uptaking it too large of quantities compared to what the other environmental factors are allowing it to process since you are pushing it so hard light wise with one of the other 9 factors being off, even if the medium is close to perfect.
i could go on but there are a million reasons to have the disparity between the two grows you mentioned. it could also be as simple as slightly off ph of the soil which can be harder to measure precisely in soil or hard to adjust if already out of whack. i would also add your leaves should always change color it is called senescence and if you pulled with all perfect leaves then you pulled too early in all likely hood last time. many ppl fool themselves into thinking a plant is done by forcing the appearence of senescence by flushing. imho tho i havent done hydro in years i would recommend not flushing until senescence starts. to me senescence is more dramatic in soil for whatever reason. it is way harder to maintian utopia in soil for long periods of time where as in hydro you dial in every feeding. you are spoiling them in hydro in some sense. advesity builds character in ppl and plants
thanks but to be honest i am mostly paroting dr bugbee and probably very poorly. you like science watch his vids because i actually struggled to effectvely make my point i felt, but thanks for reading thru my rabble and finding some useDamn brotha that's scientific and I really needed that. My setup with a 600w hps I have an 8inch fish line hanging of the mogul socket with a tiny nut at the endI recently got a 1000 w adjustable hps light that can be either 400w-600w-1000w-super lumen l. I had to move the plants into a closet though they were in just under a light in a spare roomView attachment 4565435
Flick him outWhat do I do
How many? I would probably pull it if you are still a long way from harvest.Yo wtf one plant has bannas
