They look fine, just look like they were rootbound/def and you repotted them.
At this size they need a lot of feeding, first clue is your leaves turning yellow and stems purple (like you have on most of your stems)
Some look better than the others though.
So, if your in coco, and your starting point is 1.2 ec for let's say a week and they don't improve, move it up gradually until at least the purple stems fade away.
I use Mills often aswell, their vitalize, A+B and Start is all you need to boost them up fast.
I would focus on creating a solid A+B solution and add more Start then usual as they look like they need N.
Don't add cal mag if u use tap water, you can cause a toxic rootzone quick.
Make your pH more close to 6.2.
If you can raise the temps to 28-30c for better transpiration rates and root drying.
They will not drink well until you can supply them with good rootzone conditions.
