ı use plagron cocos premium. does it need to be wet when sterilizing or does it need to be dry? 180F 30min? if it stays in the oven for more than 30 minutes, will the beneficial organisms be harmed?
are there any tricks that we should pay attention to when sterilizing in the oven?

after washing with tap water, do we wait for it to dry to make buffer or can we start buffering directly

It shouldn't need buffering but you can do it straight away
