now the solstice has past
unless you have external lights
they will fall to bud​

thanks a lot for all the help guys, really appreciate it and i'm using this stuff called Tui flower power which contains seaweed,pumice,slow release fertilizer and sulfate of potash etc...

Slow release is something you may not want
consider the organic route
and add 20-30% perlite by volume
to reduce root compaction and dilute these 'hot' soil effects​
