So I think the term is cola. I'm wondering if each of these "points" on the plants below are cola's or I guess in idiot terms "where the bud is going to be yo" Thanks
the plant will flower or "bud" from the nodes. the nodes are the branches, not leaves, that extend outward from the main trunk stem. unless you've topped the plant, you will only have 1 main cola, which is the central stem of the plant, which will be full of nodes and thus buds.... good luck
again, nodes are where branches meet the main stem. they're branches, not fan leaves. nodes occur at the intersection of where branch meets main stem, then they grow outward from there and eventually form unfertilized flowers, or buds. all those pics have the node branches in them....
