Are these big enough to put outside?

Hi guys,

Are my plants big enough to plant outside yet directly in to the ground? We’re in late March here getting approx 12,30 hours of light a day.

I only have them under a weak fluorescent tube so keen to get them out, we’ve also had so much rain which I believe will be a good boost for them.

thanks

Length of the darkness is what you need to worry about. Assuming frost is done in your neck of the woods. Plants reach sexual maturity at 4-6 weeks old. If your dark period is11 and a half hours when they reach sexual maturity, they will early flower. You want to get it close to 10 hours if possible. If they are going in the yard, you can always run the gas lantern for a few weeks. (turn lights on the plants for two hours at midnight)

But I do transplant small plants like that all the time. As long as the roots are big enough to hold the dirt together, they can go in the ground. Keep in mind I grow Darwin Dope. I plant at least twice what I think I'll need because there will be loses. (seeds are free and soil mix is cheap)
