are these cfl lights ok

Hey guys i have these cfl light for only growing a little weed plant, i dose'nt matter how much weed i get from it i just wanna know if these will grow a little plant ill put up a photo of my plant too its a little bit yellow so thats why im wondring if these lights are ok :)IMG_0895.jpgIMG_0907.jpg

Yea those are great! For veg. In about 4 weeks you need to go and but 2 splitter and 4 "warm" colored lights the redish yellow look. then you can set it up and what soil do you have her in? Are you using nutes? She is getting burnt a bit. What are your temps? What is shit in? What strain? A/S/L <LOL JK

The little "Y" splitters for light sockets. For me they were hard as hell to find but you can get em on amazon for like 1 dollar each. If you aren't concerned with yield then 4 should do ya pretty good. I would also look into LST it will help you maximize your yield from so little light.

ahaha fuck you crack me up mate. yeah she use to be in piotting mix but i transplanted her into normal soil she had nute burn :( but shes looking better now

IMG_0918.jpgi got these lights 2 they say (warm white) they are sort of a yellow looking so you rekon i will need 4?

Sometimes it's hidden on the box make sure to read every letter and then look on the bulb. Either way. If they say warm those are ones you want for flower because the "red" spectrum in them make then produce better buds. Daylight is good for veg and warm is good for flower. Just get the Y splitters a tin turkey pan. Just look on my page. You can get more energy out of putting the bulb sideways over your plant with a reflector turkey pan. So here is what I did. I took a turkey pan. I picked my spots on the side walls of the pan. I make small holes in them. I would come in the longer sides and offset the holes so you have room for your Y bulbs with 2 lights in them basically laying inside the pan. poke the main socket through the hole and secure it with some metal repair tape. 2-5 dollars. once you have that in. put the veg lights in and wait 4 weeks. At that point I hope you have a way to lightproof a box and you will start a 12/12 cycle. at that point put the splitters on and add all 4 of your warm lights. Use LST to make a wide/short/flat cannopy with max light accessing the grow tops. and if you're just working with one plant you can do really really well. I bet you could get an ounce or even 2 if you do it just right. Please don't tell me youre using dirt from outside. That is what some would refer as "NO BUEN" not no bueno... that's mainstream.

to hang it I took 2 wire hangers put the flat bottom of them inside the outer edge of the pan. ( folded the outer lip up and around the wire) then I taped over it so it would stay. Tied some cord to the hooks in the hanger and hung it up. Make sure to keep your lights about 2 inches away from your girl and check it frequently. Seriously. You better LST. I've said it 3 times. You absolutely will not regret it. Just never bend you plant without watering it and then waiting like an hour or you will break the fuck out of it like I did. But if you do that. Don't freak out. It will still produce.

nope ive looked everywhere it dusent say it says 1550lm nothing about k but they seem to be working

you can get 250watt probagation bulbs any hydro shop you can put bout 12 plants under during veg but dont expect them to grow like under hps u want blue spectrum light to start off with but remember its only a probagation bulb and plants will need hps light when they get to bout ft tall u can get sunmasters hps dual bulbs witch contain both red and blue spectrum blue for vegging and red for flowering hope this will help u .

yeah thank's mate, but i have friends who grew weed with 23 watt cfl's he had about 12 in his grow box, get got alot of weed! so ill see how i go im just happy with a quarter of weed for the first gro

Those will work just fine for now. Should've gotten the 4 pack at Home Depot for like 10$, buying singles is more expensive.
