Are these darn aphids?

I took her out of the tent and am planning on wiping the aphids off with a paper towel, ive been using neem oil on the floor of the tents and every so often will spray veg with a diluted water mist all over the plants, I wonder if I could use diluted neem oil on a bud in its 6th week? I dont see any of the other flowers with the brown spots on them, i probably should look under every single leaf now, but theres many other plants that could have gotten infected, help!

yeah the picture under the leaf only go a tiny little dot, theres hardly any to see, but i did see like 3-5 needle point dots, i dont think their aphids i think their spider mites. I wiped the leaves on the infected plant and ended up just pulling the infected fan leaves off as they were damaged enough to not waste energy on. after wiping with a moist paper towel i saw itty bitty black dots- not much just 4-5 under each leaf, i wonder how easy is it for them to move plant - plant? i sprayed the bottom of the tent with neem oil, but cant they just sorta fly/ jump like aphids? hopefully i can nuke them before they can spread to the rest of the crop.

Also I noticed i felt a few stings on my hands and arms after handeling it as if they were biting me- or i just had a random few itches, i wonder if i shouldve just pulled this plant out of the room last night ;o

Mites dont fly or jump. Thrips maybe, they look like snakes with legs and slither wiggle walk around pretty quick. You cant get pictures of them? Are the plants outside?

Mites! need to treat every plant in the room(s) How long if any are in bud,,,,,veg how long! You need some major scrubbing or toss em! and than scrub big time!

i have a lottt more plants, scrub with just water and paper towel? i neem oiled the 4x4 tent and 4x2 really good the whole bottom plus a foot high on the sides plus the vents. I have plants in week 1-7 veged some for 4 weeks some for 8.

I sprayed my mother's n clones with diluted neem then spayed again with just water to wash it off 2 hours after it dried yesterday and i also quarantined that one plant 6 wks flowering( more like threw it ontop of the tent) then got fly tape at Walmart and then stopped by the hydro store was planning on getting azamax and got some 'One Time' from Questvapco the guy there said he used it to get rid of a spider mite infestation during flower. He said to not spray it on directly but to spray above them and to let it mist down on top, hopefully i did alright. I sprayed indirectly but closer than i wished, hopefully they'll be peachy. I was spraying horizontally but only a foot above them, he was sure as hell right that it disappitates really well only 10 small squirts and I was smelling it pulling my head out of the tent, anyone recommend LIGHTLY spraying the buds with just water to rinse any pyrethrins off? Its supposedly safe 'this time released aerosol is to be used in commercial food service.. ' yet ' do not install within 12 ft of any food handling or food serving area' what the fuck lol
